"Inspiring Others To Be The Best Version Of Themselves"
Keynote Speaker, Certified John Maxwell Coach, and
NFL Professional Athlete
Edgar Jones is a former NFL player turned speaker and John Maxwell Coach, who partners with high-performing teams, professional athletes, executives, and organizations ready to redefine what success looks like.
With years of experience competing at the highest level, Edgar understands the demands of elite environments and what it takes to lead, grow, and thrive inside them.

After playing football at Southeast Missouri State University, his football journey did not come through the traditional road of being drafted onto a team in the NFL. Edgar had to face the hurdles of showing his value as an undrafted free agent. Through his mental fortitude and desire to become a player in the NFL, Edgar made it through countless cuts and ultimately sign with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played for five years with the Ravens and then one year with the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Dallas Cowboys, and a brief stint with the Cleveland Browns before retiring from the NFL in 2015.
From Fortune 500 companies and NFL locker rooms to small businesses, rising leaders, and elite performers across industries, Edgar works with those who already perform at a high level but want more. Not just more wins. More depth. More clarity. More intentional growth. His message? High performance isn’t the finish line it’s the baseline.
If you're looking for a dynamic and engaging speaker who can motivate and inspire your audience, look no further than Edgar Jones. His passion and experience make him the perfect choice to help you achieve your goals and reach your best potential.
